We process returned products every day and issue refunds every day. As soon as we have processed the returned products, you will receive an e-mail. For products that have been properly returned, you will receive a credit invoice. We will instruct you on that day to return the money to you.
Did you fail to meet our conditions when returning the goods? Then the payment obligation remains. In that case, you will be notified.
