The teak (top) is treated with a finish layer so water or food residues can be easily removed. We advise not to put the ceramic dishes in the dishwasher, but they can be cleaned by hand. Teak wood naturally has a beautiful orange / brown color and looks a live, no piece of wood is exactly the same, variation in color and wood texture can occur.
