Warranty & Complaints

The return procedure for an incorrectly delivered product is the same as the procedure for returning products. The procedure is described under 'returns and exchanges'. Please indicate on the return form that you have received the wrong product and whether you want to receive the correct item or a refund. You can send the products back to us and the return costs will be refunded.

In the case of a damaged product, we recommend that you send an e-mail to: shop@happy-house.nl. Please include a few clear pictures, a description of the damage and the order number. We will contact you as soon as possible to find a suitable solution. If the pictures do not help us, we will ask you to send the product back to us.
